POLICIES APPLY TO BEAUTY SERVICES PROVIDED BY A.D AVENUE.
UPON MAKING A BOOKING A WITH A.D AVENUE, YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENTPlease create an account before booking an appointment so you can manually manage your appointments. If there's no suitable time/date for you listed on the website, DM (@ad.avenue) OR text me at (+0433 450 903) so we can have a chat and work something out! :)

PRE-APPOINTMENT PREPERATIONArrive with clean lashes For fullsets, please do not curl your natural lashes Avoid getting a spray tan or lash tint 24hr prior to appointment in order to achieve great retention. Do not wear contact lenses to your appointment. Please arrive on time as I'm usually back to back with appointments <3 For infills, arrive to your appointment with clean lashes by using A.D Avenue's certified lash extension lash wash.

INFILLSClients must book an infill between 2-3 weeks from their last appointment. No infill services will be done after 3.5 weeks (24 days). A fullset must be booked. A minimum of 40% of your lashes must be remaining for an infill. Please arrive with clean lashes and on time. If late, it may result in your appointment being cut short of time lost (fewer lashes applied) :( I cannot not do work on another lash techs work. A fullset must be booked.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTA non-refundable $30 deposit will be required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Payments are accepted in cash or by downloading the Beem It app.

RESCHEDULLING/CANCELLATIONSYour deposit can only be transferred to a different date if the appointment is rescheduled with 48hrs given notice. All last-minute reschedules that do not provide at least 48hrs notice will unfortunately have their booking deposit forfeited and will be required to pay a new deposit to secure a booking. All rescheduled appointments that fail to provide 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit and will need to place a new deposit to secure their next booking. Rescheduling can be done through the website by clicking "MY ACCOUNT" in the menu bar. If the site does not allow you to do it, you have missed the 48 hour mark All cancellations (regardless of how much notice is given) will forfeit their deposit.

LATE ARRIVALSIf you are running late to your appointment, please ensure to contact me through Instagram DM or text message so that I am aware, tysm! @ad.avenue

AFTERCAREIn order to be qualified to book infills with me, you must be cleansing daily If you do not own a certified lash cleanser, you must do so to keep up personal hygiene, avoid infections and maintain the longevity of your lash extensions. (available for purchase at studio) I cannot not work on clients who do not cleanse their lashes. This is to protect my clients and myself from any potential contagious infections that have been caused by neglecting lash extension hygiene

CLIENT SATISFACTIONIf you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me so we can discuss and I can resolve the issue ♥️ All services are non-refundable after performed. However, if you wish to remove your lashes within 24 hours of application, the removal service is free.

ADDITIONAL GUESTSAs my studio is home based, please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment for my safety. Thank you for understanding! <3
